Waipara Valley in North Canterbury is well re-known for its wine, Two Swans Estate is located beneath Mt Cass in a stunning location. It is a 10 acre vineyard planted with Reisling and Pinot Gris vines and is producing a low-yielding and high quality product, ready for you to purchase.
Named after Two Swans found residing on the stony Omihi riverbed that runs through the property, this exclusive boutique vineyard has not yet launched onto the New Zealand market.

Honey-hued and generously scented with sweet aromas of pear and dried tropical fruit peel, this medium-bodied wine has succulent peach and nectarine flavours, good palate richness and warmth with balanced residual sweetness. Flexible and ideally enjoyed with food. Allow this wine to breathe a short while upon opening to optimise your drinking enjoyment.

A well-balanced, medium-bodied Riesling with delicate lime and lemon barley-sugar aromas, lingering melon and lime flavours with a fresh, zesty acidity, made in an off-dry style. This wine can equally be served with food or enjoyed on its own as an aperitif.
